you have no idea how helpful this is my dude. i've been wasting so much time on the bike thingie. i'm pretty sure basketball would help burn fat though, cuz you actually have to be pretty strong the way we play, and its cardio lol. i cant thank you enough man, now i'll be able to see more progress with what you taught me
