how should i burn fat as a teenager? im 13 , 5'6, and weigh 175 lbs. any safe ways to burn the fat?

well most people dont got the time to train, most people are just to lazy to do it.trust me people training is the only way to stay toned all these diets and stuff dont work half hopur jog every second day some situp and pushups after thats all u need to stay toned

i dont know if its better to just do one muscle area in a day. for example i only do chest workout on mondays.

ok im in motocross and i wanna lose weight to go faster and less stress on the bike cuz im on a 150r and 5ft 7 and 130 pound but all i have is an eliptical and a pedal bike(but its in the middle of winter) so what is a rutine that someone can give me to lose fat plz help!
