I agree with TheBearHHH, low carb diets do not work long term. The work short term but the moment you go back to normal eating, your weight balloons back up to where it was. Its much easier and healthier to lose fat the old fashioned way, by eating healthier (low fat, lotsa veggies, lotsa whole grains) and by doing more cardio.

Breathing is one of the key points in abbs workout. It is done wrong in this video. You should exhale free while muscule contracts. Try - feel the difference.

Finally, one guy who's truthful enough to say abs exercises only develop them muscles but do not clear off the layer of fat covering the abs. Bodyfat reduction = calorie deficit + low carb + some cardio
